[What stood out the most was] believing that you had our best interests in mind, your assertiveness on my behalf so that buying the house I have could become a reality, and most of all, your willingness to go the extra mile! During the course of showing the house, there were a few things that needed to be fixed which I was having difficulty doing myself. You marched out to your car, got your tool box, and took care of it! I seriously doubt that any other realtor would do that!
